The selection committee has confirmed 31 October 2026 as the date of the national selection exam. The exam runs online and is proctored live through each candidate's own webcam.
The exam consists of 100 multiple-choice questions to be completed in 60 minutes, covering machine learning fundamentals, mathematics, and programming. It is graded entirely by AI — there is no subjective round or manual review panel.
A mandatory system check opens on 25 October. Candidates who do not complete the system check will not be admitted to the exam
