Exam code of conduct

You must complete the mandatory system check on the device and network you intend to use. Candidates who have not completed the system check are not admitted.

Be online at least fifteen minutes before the window opens. Photo identification must be visible at the start of the session.

Sit the exam alone, in a well-lit room, with your face clearly visible to the camera throughout.

No second screen, phone, printed notes, or any other person in the room. Clipboard actions are disabled and the exam runs full screen.

The timer is authoritative on our servers. Closing the window, losing connection or refreshing does not pause it, and does not lose your saved answers.

The proctoring system logs events such as leaving the camera frame, a second face appearing, switching windows, or exiting full screen. Each event is recorded with a timestamp and a snapshot.

Flags do not disqualify a candidate automatically. Every flagged session is reviewed by a human panel before any decision is taken.

Confirmed misconduct — impersonation, external assistance, or use of prohibited materials — voids the attempt and may exclude the candidate from future cycles.

Decisions are communicated in writing with the evidence relied on, and may be contested during the dispute window.
